About our Venue

Nested in the River Market in downtown Little Rock, Club 27 is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. The structure blends modern touches with classic architecture, featuring exposed brick walls, chandeliers, accent lighting, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The venue offers a stylish, urban ambiance perfect for an intimate ceremony, grand reception, or wedding after party of up to 200 guests standing or 150 seated.

Its central location in Little Rock provides easy access to nearby hotels, restaurants, and other attractions, making it a convenient and accessible venue for both local and out-of-town guests.

Club 27 is the perfect backdrop for your special day.

Rates

Saturday

$2500 for 5 hours.

$300 per additional hour.

$500 security deposit *

Sunday-Thursday

$300 per hour (3 hour minimum)

$300 security deposit*

Friday

Venue is available for rental for events ending no later than 9pm.

$300 per hour (3 hour minimum).

$300 security deposit*

Any time required for decoration or vendor setup and breakdown (DJ, caterer, florist, etc) must be included in the total rental time.

* Security deposit is in addition to the rental fee and it is refundable after the event provided the times are fulfilled as stated in the contract, and no damage is done to the venue during the event

Bar

Beverages must be purchased from the venue, and served by our staff. We can accommodate to your choice of service (cash bar, open bar, drink tickets, etc). We can provide a price list upon request.
